It's not much, but I wanted to do something summery anyways and this is what came out! Did some repainting on the dress and hair; Added some brighter color to the background.

The water was already there - I just added another layer of a picture of water and set it to soft light I think thus adding more texture to the surface of the water! Thanks for the comment! :D
